Maree’s background and passion is within brand strategy and innovation.  Through her corporate career she worked in marketing on many of the big brands available in the supermarket today in NZ, Australia and the UK. In 2008 she co-founded I Love Food Co – a disruptor brand that wanted to create good quality convenience food.  The company started out small at the local Farmer’s Market with the initial desire to create a better pie – I Love Pies. The brand quickly grew to be in supermarkets all around NZ, available on Air NZ flights, at Eden Park and exported around the world.  It also expanded to include biscuits and breakfast cereals.  In 2018 Maree was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards.

Maree is now the founder of Evre. a 100% natural skincare range made for teens and young adults, it is now stocked nationwide in Farmers, the brand is on a mission to improve youth mental health and donates 2% of sales to Youthline in NZ.  She is passionate about creating sustainable profitable innovation, entrepreneurship and leading a life with purpose and passion for what you do.
